I have been a happy tenant for over 4 year and have to leave because of relocation. I want to give special thanks and appreciations to David and Jen for their offers of support and assistance. They are kind and helpful which builds good customer relationship and happy experiences in Milton Keynes. As an individual customer, I am happy with the affordable storage rates, well maintains in cleanliness and facilities; and their professional service attitudes which are well considerate of customers’ needs. I highly recommend David’s team and their services!

Had a great experience with storage king! We were between homes and had our things in storage for around 14 months and everything was in such pristine condition, everything was as we had left it! Jen gave exceptional customer service and the unit was simple and easy to use with regular updates on any changes or times where we may not be able to access our things! Couldn’t recommend more! Fantastic service from Darren and the team at Safestore Milton Keynes. We used Safestore to keep the entire contents of our house for our move to MK. From the outset, Darren was very helpful in working out how much space we needed and access requirements and we got a deal that was good value for money. Just before the move, we realised we needed more space than we booked and they were able to arrange additional storage without any issue (and at a very fair price). I’m really pleased with the personal level of service received and it’s made the moving process a lot less stressful! I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I needed a storage unit at short notice, and having used Safestore in Bletchley before called them and was assisted by Emmie who from the moment she answered the call made it all hassle & stress free, finding me the perfect size unit on the ground floor. She was super helpful and a total joy to deal with. Great local company giving great service. Definitely recommend them.

Really happy with service. The staff member dealing with us was friendly and professional, very helpful. The storage area itself is light and ordered. A good space, accessible with trolleys and lifts to use. There are customer toilets too. There were a lot of choices for storage, but I'm very happy, I've made the best choice for our needs.

Need a safe and secure storage in Milton Keynes, I couldn't recommend Big Yellow highly enough. We sold our property about 9 years ago, and decided to downsize in rented accommodation. We rented a storage space with Big Yellow at Snowdon Drive, Milton Keynes to store some of our personal effects. Apart from 1 year, we've stored our personal stuff with them since 2015. The staff, in particular, have been excellent. They are very professional, competent, friendly, and helpful. I will give Jason and his staff 9 out of 10. Keep up the good work guys. S Yeboah.

Used the storage for just shy of one-year, no issues to date. Been such a delight being welcomed by the friendly team. Big thank you to Aidan who was always helpful and super smiley.
