We chose MK Family Funeral based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. John and Natalie were so lovely and empathetic. We just lost our mum recently and to say that John went over and above is an understatement. He was available all the time whenever we called or texted and when we didn't know what to do (who does in these awful circumstances?). He made us feel as if our mum was the most important person to him and he would treat her as if she was his own mum. My dad was really struggling (still is) and John gave him such a beautiful pep talk that it made us all cry. On the day, he was fantastic and made the whole thing go seamlessly which is what you want on one of the worst days you will ever experience. If you can say that the funeral went very well, then it did. I know my mum would have loved what we did. We couldn't have done it that way without John's constant support. You have to believe that those who do this for a living must be saints as they are confronted with sadness and grief every day but do not show it. I just want to say John and Natalie, thank you for looking after my mum. We will never forget your kindness and support.

I Would just like to say a big thank you to John and Natalie for the care and compassion they showed from beginning to end. My husband passed away a few weeks ago. I am in a wheelchair, and nothing was too much trouble. At the service there was disabled people and John made sure they were all okay. that showed me how compassionate he was. thank you very much and I wish you both well.

John and Natalie did a wonderful job looking after my mum who passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly. They looked after my family, ensuring we knew what was happening at all times, from collection of mum, to collection of her ashes. They were flawless on the day of the funeral, and guided us all throughout, including helping the family members carry mums coffin.
