I had a great experience with TBH Chartered Surveyors. Communication from Rosh and Jack was great throughout, mainly using their online IM chat which helped to get quick answers to my questions. They took full responsibility of arranging the valuation and also tailored their inspection to include items I specifically asked about - which was excellent. And I had the report within a week. Highly recommend TBH. Thanks to Rosh and Jack!

My experience with TBH Chartered Surveyors was amazing! Their customer service is impeccable - every phone call they would take their time to explain and make sure I understood anything I wasn't sure about. I dealt with Darren, Jack and Rosh and all three of them were very friendly which made me go with them for a survey the 2nd time again. Jack conducted my survey and he was able to discover problems with the property which enabled me to make a decision that saved me. I would highly recommend TBH to anyone.

I used TBH Surveyors for a homebuyers survey of my first flat and have been hugely impressed by their work. Danny and Rosh were efficient in answering my questions, and moved around their schedules so that my survey of a tenanted flat could be done within a week. Danny went through my concerns before and after the survey, and I received the written report within a week. He was then happy to clarify his findings and went above and beyond to offer his extensive insight and knowledge. I thoroughly recommend their services!

The survey was very comprehensive, well written, and included explanations and photos, of which we found most helpful. We highly reccomend and we will certainly be using them again.

Just received my second survey from AM Surveys. Both Andrew and Kieran made the entire process smooth and hassle-free, providing a detailed report and taking the time to answer additional questions related to an environmental report.
