We were very happy we selected Holdens for our survey in Ambleside. They were available at short notice and we were impressed with the quality, thoroughness and pragmatic advice Mat gave verbally and included in the formal survey. It really helped to visualise things to have so many photographs, including the drone pictures of the roof. It has given us a very clear plan of short and medium term maintenance that needs to be done to keep the property in good order.

Brandon carried out a thorough level 3 survey on a property for us. The survey report was very detailed and included helpful photos including drone pictures. As well as being thorough it was also easy to understand. The report clearly helped us to identify the next steps we needed to take. Brandon also took the time to go through the report with both myself and my husband separately over the phone and was very patient. We both found it beneficial to be able to chat through some issues with him. Nikita was always friendly whenever we needed to get in touch either by phone or email.
