Recently used Peter Barry Surveyors due to needing a surveyor for my lease extension. They were great, very efficient and highly informative. They were also able to reduce my extension premium through negotiations with the freeholder. They were professional throughout and would highly recommend.

We involved Peter Barry CS in order to protect ourselves against a neighbours request for a Party Wall Agreement, (having previously being caught out by not getting one for neighbours the other side of us some time back).
