We had a Level 2 survey on our detached property. I spoke to Sam who agreed to complete the survey at short notice and he promised to deliver the report within 48 hours of the survey. The representative came to do the survey, the gentleman was very professional and highly knowledgeable. He explained the whole process of what the survey entails. Overall, I am pleased with their professionalism and I will recommend Homeview Surveyor to new customers.

Sam did a great job at looking over the house and offering advice. I would recommend his service to anyone buying a property. Excellent communication, efficient timescale's and a very detailed report.

Callum was friendly and informative when booking the Level 2 survey, and was prompt and professional when carrying it out. The survey report was supplied the same day as taken place, and afterwards he took the time to chat through and explain the content, to ensure all was satisfactory. Would happily (and highly) recommend him.

I couldn't be happier with the service callum provides very quick responses to emails and communication top notch . Works to a very high standard no complaints would definitely use again and highly recommended. For a smooth and easy survey.

We used Lincolnshire Surveyors to do a full building survey on our new house. We got the appointment through quickly, we were even offered a follow-up phone call after the survey was done so we didn't have to wait for the final write up. When the survey did come back, it didn't take long, it was very thorough and lots of photos and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. We also had the option to speak to the surveyor again if there was anything we wanted to discuss, although everything we needed was provided, so we didn't feel the need to. I can highly recommend using this company and the full survey was worth every penny. There were lots of things we would never have spotted ourselves and we now have the perfect starting point of what to fix first when we move in. Thanks for everything :).
