I would certainly recommend Andrew to anyone in need of a property survey. He was very helpful from the start and was always very easy to contact when we had questions. The survey was arranged very quickly and a detailed report was made available to us within the week. Andrew was recommended to us by friends who were also very impressed with the service.

I was provided with an excellent service. I got the survey that I wanted delivered within the agreed timeframe. More importantly it was good to have discussions about the results of the survey with someone who I felt was very knowledgeable and gave the impression that he knows what he’s talking about owing to experience. He was willing to have those conversations outside of normal working hours. I would recommend this company for your survey.

James does a brilliant job of helping you understand what your survey really means. His approach is wonderfully thorough, whilst also not scaremongering - he is realistic and reliable. He is also super helpful with providing recommendations of next actions and supplies contacts if required. All round a great service.
