Very pleased with the service from James at Hogbens Chartered Surveyors. James was thorough and gave me a call right after the survey took place with a quick summary of his findings. The report followed within a few days and included plenty of photos (including impressively hi-res images of the roof!) as well as information about what his findings might mean and what actions would need to be carried out. Happy to recommend Hogbens.

Fantastic service from start to finish from Paul at Cheshire Home Surveys. Just one phone call to agree the survey requirements and price, and Paul quickly arranged the date/time of the inspection directly via the estate agent. He aims to produce his reports within 24 hours, but I actually received mine later that same day, complete with photos to illustrate and more easily understand the findings. Paul was also happy to have a follow-up telephone call to discuss the contents of the survey report in more detail. Would not hesitate to recommend. Julian.

Paul was fantastic. He responded so quickly in correspondence before and after the survey was booked. The survey was carried out within 4 working days of booking it in and the report came the same day! The report was comprehensive with pictures that provided the detail we were seeking. Definitely not a copy and paste job (which I've experienced before from bigger companies)! Paul also offered a follow up conversation after the report was issued which is quite unique, but definitely a great service to provide clarity/further details if needed.
