Graft & Craft! That's what you get with Mike the Machine! He turned up at 8.30 and didn't stop until 8 hours later. I think he paused for a glass of water a couple of times and turned down all other offers of food and refreshment because he was too focused on the job. He even managed to resist a Kit Kat Chunky which until then, I thought it an impossible feat! Mike was moving and installing three new radiators - a challenging job with my old pipework. During the consultation period, he gave expert advice and even invited me into his home so I could see what I was buying. He took so much pride and care in his work - even adding more expensive valves for free because he didn't like the cheaper ones! Unlike so many tradesmen, he turned up and delivered the arranged project to the letter but there is something very shocking I have to reveal... ... at the end of a very long, hard day, just before he left, Mike walks in with a Henry Hoover and cleans up after himself! The word 'legend' is overused and often misapplied. Not in Mike's case. If you want legendary, reliable and outstanding plumbing, look no further than ODEM.

Mike installed a new combi boiler for me at very short notice when my old boiler was condemned by the safety inspection. Came when he said he would and worked hard to complete the job in the time he said it would take, despite having to overcome a few unexpected challenges. Great guy too. Thanks Mike.

When our ancient combi boiler finally let us down I called Mike. He came within a few hours to see if he could fix it but we decided it would be better replaced with a new one. He came at his first opportunity and worked like a trojan to get it done in one day for us. A clean , neat and very professional job. Would highly recommend.

Cant recommended sos plumbing enough. Great team. We needed our old dated heating system upgraded. They came and advised the most appropriate bolier and system set up. Give a great price,then manged to fit us in very quickly and efficiently their team working st our house were knowledgeable. Friendly good workers. Very tired workmen and great professional job. With a great eye for detail. Very happy with the finished product. Will be using them again 100per cent recommended.

We were recommended SOS and for good reason! Came promptly to review and then fix our boiler, when the fix didn't work they managed to source and fit a boiler within a week. The team were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn't recommend enough!

We have had 2 rental properties and our own house covered under their insurance policy. Excellent response to immediate need and great advice and service in fitting new boiler. Personally can’t recommend them enough.

Matt did us a big favour fitting us in on a Saturday on short notice after being let down by another plumber. He did an excellent job fitting everything, was polite, very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. We would highly recommend his services to anyone who wants a good job doing at a good price and good communication from start to finish.

Matt is wonderful. He has worked at my home a number of times and I've booked him to work here again. Always responds to calls/messages. Never lets me down. Turns up when agreed. Works efficiently and leaves no mess. Highly recommend.

Matt has worked on multiple properties for me and his work is exceptional. His attention to detail is superb and I would always recommend him. First Fix, Second Fix, Kitchens & Bathrooms.
