We felt the Home Buyer and Valuation survey report produced by surveyor Luke was very thorough, straightforward to read, and helpful in guiding us through the good and less good points about the Dorset property we plan to purchase. The photos were plentiful and useful. We also two had very useful conversations with Luke, one just after his survey visit and one just after we'd read the report. These conversations added value and helped us understand key issues. We did have cheaper quotes before we commissioned Thornes but we feel we have had good value from the service provided. Would recommend.

I was impressed with the amount of detail and photographs contained within the report. It certainly exceeded my expectations and I am so glad that I obtained the report as it has highlighted red flags within the property surveyed that I need to take up with my solicitor. I would certainly recommend Thornes and will definitely use them again in the future. A first class service and worth every penny.

Luke did a very thorough survey and was very helpful and great communications. Gave feedback by phone that evening; and we received the full report within the week. Recommended.

We had a RICS level 2 survey undertaken on a prospective house purchase. The quote and booking service were very efficient and the verbal information provided by the surveyor was very useful and the full written report very thorough with accompanying photos. The report provided good advice on what should be done immediately and what things will need attention in due course. Well worth having this done and Woods are clearly a very professional company. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very happy with Woods Surveyors -- they were able to complete the survey promptly compared to other vendors who I made enquiries with and called me on the same day to summarise their findings! The report arrived 5 days later and included extensive details, thorough recommendations, and photographs of less accessible parts of the property. Would very happily use again.
