Highly recommend Simon from Home MOT, he accommodated our survey so quickly and had the report back within 48 hours. The report was clear and easy to understand with pictures to support all points. He also offered a phone call to talk through it which was incredibly helpful. He made the process very easy, highly recommend.

I can't recommend Simon enough and count myself very lucky that I went with him. The level 3 survey reported some serious structural problems & roof issues for a high spec house that I was in the process of purchasing. It has saved me thousands of pounds. The report is extremely thorough and very easy to understand. Simon comes across as very knowledgable, and is very helpful on the phone explaining the report.

Simon has carried out several Surveys for us over the past couple years. Simon is a great guy, a pleasure to work with and provides a very professional 5-star-service at a fair price. Highly recommend Home-MOT

Had a full survey carried out by Mr walker, the surveyor spent a long time checking everything properly. I felt the survey has been conducted by a very a professional company.They where highly recommended to me by a friend.Dry rot was found in the floors, that somebody had tried to hide.A full thorough report with lots of information about the property was given.Since providing our solicitor with this we have had the property substantially reduced due to this information.I would highly recommend.

Really good experience. Although it took a little time from booking to get the survey done, they made up for it with a super quick turn around and we had the report within less than 24 hours. The report was really clear and the surveyor who wrote it up was really informative and helpful when I spoke to her on the phone. Great experience.

Walker Dunn are very good and at a good price the detail report we go back we great and covered all we needed highly recommended.
