Richard did a very thorough and comprehensive Level 2 survey on a 50 year old bungalow for us. His extensive knowledge raised a number of issues which we would not have realised. We did have to wait a while for him to be able to do it but that is a reflection of how busy he is and definitely worth the wait. We would most certainly recommend using his services.

A lovely,professional company to deal with. I had a level 3 RICS survey done. It was very comprehensive with numerous pictures and advice given. I used Hayden's to conduct a RICS Level 2 survey. Phil was competitive in price and also provided an excellent service. He provided a detailed report which broke down the survey to an easy to understand level. Once I received the report in a timely fashion, he also gave me the opportunity to meet with him to discuss anything that was unclear. Wanda is an excellent addition to the team and has furthered the company's level of service. I would highly recommend Hayden's. Thank you once again.

Phil has been extremely helpful in getting the property survey booked in as soon as possible and having the report sent within just a few days. We had a Level 2 survey on a 1950s house which Phil turned around really quickly. The report was very thorough with pictures to back up all the findings. We then had a call with Phil where he took the time to talk through all our questions. Definitely recommend.

He then sent across the structural survey on the property we are looking to buy within 4 working days of the visit to the property. It's very detailed and has all the information we would need.
