As their needs and circumstances have changed we've needed to change their care plans, sometimes quite drastically and at short notice. Amazing company to work for, there very supportive and really work around your schedule to suit you!. Working for bluebird gave me the courage to apply to college for a access course to nursing, they catered my needs for days i need off to go college and the manager was really helpful when i had to do my placement booklet. I am now off to university to complete a nursing degree and i truly would not of been able to do this without bluebird company's help and support.
