Tom's report was extremely thorough, he was flexible with ourselves with changing circumstances, called to give myself an initial overview and the report was completed in a timely manner. He has given us a complete understanding of the property we intend to purchase allowing us to make informed decisions, would 100% recommend.

The quality and pride that Tom takes in his work is absolutely amazing. He produced a really detailed L2 Survey report for us that highlighted absolutely everything that you could think of about the house and even recommended some really good companies for issues that needed further investigating. His aftercare is really great too, as I had another question months after the survey was completed and he responded quickly with a really good recommendation and advice. Absolutely stellar work! Would recommend 110%.

Oliver & Katie pulled out all the stops & got it sorted in less than 24 hrs. They have saved me so much stress & I can not recommend them enough.

Great service from Aspin & Co. Katie was very responsive to email messages and a pleasure to communicate with. Oliver and Joshua came out to view the piece of land for sale. Both were professional, polite and courteous. They completed measurements and asked before taking photos of the surrounding area. They answered all of my questions clearly and in full.
