SUMO NOODLE CAFE REVIEWS

Our first visit here and also first taste of this cuisine and it did not disappoint. We had a variety of sushi to start and it was delicious. The ramen was absolutely amazing and we were able to bring the leftovers home (the portions were huge) which was great. The service was also amazing and we were made to feel very welcome. Will definitely be back.

The food was fantastic and the service from the owner was absolutely fantastic, although I have to be honest here there was a waitress who I'm assuming is relatively new, and her attitude left a lot to be desired and she just acted like me and my friends were a hindrance at her worth rather than customers. Really disappointed as the food was top notch and everyone else was absolutely fantastic.

First time visiting, absolutely perfect, food was amazing , brilliant prices and staff are very polite and helpful, now my favourite place to go , will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience. Staff where amazing and offered some great recommendations for customers not entirely well versed in Japanese cuisine. Sushi was prepared incredibly and you can tell the staff really care about each customer's experience. Will 100% be back!!

The sushi is fresh and always beautifully made. Finding high quality sushi can be a challenge, but Sushi Negi always exceeds expectations. I have a food allergy that impacts a lot of the sushi I can eat, but they always accommodate me without sacrificing the taste. Lovely people and lovely food.

Place was nice. Customer service was good. Only downfall was. The noodles were over cooked so slightly soft. And the portion size of the noodles was very low. If they could increase portion size and the softness of the noodles it would be great.

What an amazing authentic place we found on a day trip to Sterling! The food was out of this world! So delicious! I always loved cucumbers and sushi, but their smashed cucumber with minced garlic and the wonton soup, and the salmon and shrimp tempura sushi I had were beyond delicious! Their menu is so huge, there is literally no chance you won’t find what you like! Highly recommend to all lovers of Chinese/ Japanese cuisine! We definitely will come back all the way from Harrogate!

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is AMAZING! The staff are friendly, helpful, funny and work really hard. I am always blown away by the size of the menu and get serious food envy as there are so many delicious items to choose from. I can not recommend this restaurant highly enough. The sushi is the best in Stirling and the Chinese food is superb. The delivery quality is the same as the restaurant and we frequently get a delivery/take away from the restaurant as well.

If you like authentic Asian cuisine, this is a great place to go. Offering many different options from Chinese and Japanese cuisine packed with flavour and large portions ideal for sharing as a group. Definitely well worth the price and I will be visiting again on my next visit to Stirling.
