Even if the day went bad because y had a flat tyre ,the taxi driver was more then five stars ,had a nice chat and even if y had a inconvenient with the tyre, sometimes speaking with someone even for a little bit about silly things as the weather or the problems and make fun of them it's helping ,it was the most beautiful trip y had ,it helped me with the groceries, last night y didnt slept very much and it mattered, that means having a good heart and care about the job u do ,for some people including my self he made my day happier and to hope that its still exists good persons in this world ,thank u very much for everything.

Great service. We were sent a message informing us when the taxi had been dispatched and the very driver was punctual as well as friendly and courteous, helping us with our luggage at both ends. Extremely good value with a set fare (much cheaper and much more convenient than airport parking and the Metro). Definitely recommended. 10/10.

Dean Taxi saved me from arriving late to work this morning. I got a taxi less than 1 mins to my booking. Prompt and fast. Driver was swift and arrived just in time. Definitely using the service again.

Used prime taxis today when we were totally let down by a different, well known taxi firm. We needed a wheelchair accessible taxi and we not only got a beautiful taxi, but a fantastic driver! He was kind and helpful and reassuring. Can’t recommend this company enough, especially if you’re needing wheelchair accessible transportation at a good price!!

The driver had great customer service. He was friendly, professional, patient and helpful both times we used him. Price was good for the journeys taken. Impeccable service. Best mobility taxi we have used in Gateshead.

Excellent service from Prime. Not able to pre book with local firms we tried Uber who let us down at the last minute. Prime went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss our appointment. Courteous, professional and helpful. We’d definitely use them again

Fantastic from desk clerk to driver. Another taxi company let me down for a return pre-booked taxi 3.00am from Airport told it would be an hour not ideal with two small children and myself have been recommended this company before now was the time to try them did not disappoint, explained what had happened with other firm they went out there way to make sure I was picked up within 20 mins as had small children (They were there in 10mins) thankyou so much to yous all I will be using yous all the time. And a big thankyou to the desk clerk who made sure I was a priority couldn't catch her name properly as I was panicking about taxi but think her name was Linda (Sorry if I got it wrong) and the driver who I found out later started an hour sooner to pick me up thankyou again.

Best taxi service in Blaydon. My dad left his phone in a taxi and this was returned to my address that night in fact within 20 minutes. My mam is currently in hospital after a stroke and this is his lifeline. A big thank you to mark for returning this to him.

Always use Tyne bridge would use no other as their drivers are lovely cars are always clean and you get to speak to a real person on the phone not a machine always on time.
