I was very impressed before the taxi arrived. I received a link to show me where he was at all times. I was given a time of arrival so that I knew when to expect the driver. He arrived 1 minute early, which really impressed me. On his arrival he introduced himself and from that moment on, his patient care was 2nd to none. I had never been to Lincoln as a patient so I had no idea where I wanted to be. He took me all the way to my destination. I cannot praise him highly enough. Kind regards Robert Rimmington.

Normally it would be 5 stars, but our experience last night was a ZERO! For the first time the driver was downright rude. He refused to acknowledge us after we said hello when we got in, he blatantly ignored my husband when he tried to say hello again, the driver just stared at him and said 'Guildhall' in quite an aggressive way. Your drivers are all fantastic, so friendly and its always a pleasant journey. We have never had a bad experience before. We will continue to use your company as this has been a first bad experience. I think he needs some customer service training!!

Amazing driver- early, calmly navigated Road closures, safe driving. Would not hesitate to use again. Thank you so much.

SILVER CABS OF GRANTHAM REVIEWS

I used silver cabs this week for a journey from Grantham train station to a work location, approx. 1 hour journey. Based on my experience I can strongly recommend silver cabs. I was met punctually at the station, the driver was waiting with a name board and pick up was very straightforward. The car was clean and well presented, comfortable and luxurious. The driver was polite and courteous and we chatted throughout the journey and had some interesting conversations. I left my headphones on the back seat of the taxi and the driver posted these back to me the next day. Overall excellent service and I would definitely use silver cabs again.

Book this Airport Transfers for LHR London Heathrow Airport drop off and was very professional and would highly recommend to anyone travelling to and from any UK Airport.

My journey from Grantham to Mansfield has been extremly enjoyable. It's all due to Rad fabulous driving skills as well as his charming nature. Thank you.

We can only praise the quality of the Airport Transfer we received from S Line Taxis. They were punctual, helpful and attentive. The car was clean, and extremely comfortable. Luke our driver on both occasions is competent and was very professional at all times. He arrived on time, took care of our cases, and ensured we were seated and had access to water and snacks during our journey. The attention to detail was very clear with regular updates provided on our journey, regarding time to complete and any potential traffic issues that he would be dealing with. One of the smoothest journeys we have made. Pick-up and drop-off was easy and very clearly explained. A reliable, professional safe, clean service,door to door.

Excellent service from Luke who communicated well for our trip to Heathrow and our collection on return. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He arrived promptly in his luxury car which was clean, comfortable and well driven. He picked us up as we got out of customs and took our luggage to the car for us. We will certainly use him for any future airport trips and highly recommend his service.

Wow, what a fantastic experience with S Line Taxis. Daniel collected us and took us to the airport and was early, incredibly competent and super company. Luke was waiting when we arrived at the airport on our journey back home, and it was so welcoming after a long trip (great communication at every stage). Again, an impeccable service and an amazing journey back in luxury. Both cars are spotlessly clean and very high-end and both drivers are incredibly friendly and professional. It is our first time taking a taxi to the airport and the luxurious drive and superb service really made such a difference to our holiday.
