Needed taxi to get me to hospital for an operation and take me home afterwards. Arrived exactly on time and really helpful as I had my leg in plaster, helped me to my front door and made sure I was ok before he left. Excellent service.

Used three taxis today to attend a funeral, the wake and return home. Friendly efficient call handlers and reliable friendly service. I was very, very impressed and would like to thank all concerned.

Repeatedly very polite, efficient service with friendly drivers who go out of their way to help my wife who is in a wheelchair. We are fans of their service.

Had a lovely taxi driver today called Jamie. Picked me up from poole bus station in a burgundy red skoda. Very comforting and talkative which I love! Dropped me to sainsburys alder hills perfectly. 5 stars! Reply

I don't normally do reviews but after the exceptional service from Smooth Cabs, I felt I had to. Gentleman on the phone was kind & helpful. Taxi arrived early & the driver was polite, friendly & could not have been more helpful getting my mum into the cab in her wheelchair. Price was more than fair for a two-way trip. Would recommend this firm without hesitation & would definitely use again. Thank you Smooth Cabs.

I had an excellent experience with Smooth Cabs The booking process was quick and easy, and the driver arrived promptly. The driver was courteous and knowledgeable, taking the fastest route to my destination. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout the ride. The fare was fair and transparent, with no hidden charges. I highly recommend for their outstanding service and professionalism. I will definitely be using their services again!

Memet was an amazing driver. We're only here for one night to see my daughter on my birthday. He was fun, he was engaging and interesting to talk to. Memet is a diplomat for your cab company. He deserves a pay rise!!

Booked for a return trip to Moors Valley Country Park and just had the best experience! Driver was prompt and friendly, welcoming to us and the kids and made the whole day straight forward.
