Anita is amazing! I had a keratin treatment which didn’t quite take the first time (my hair is ridiculous! It’s like a mop!) so she applied a second treatment, entirely without charge, and for the first time EVER, I now have hair I can wash and dry with no frizz! I am over the moon with my hair and have never received such fantastic service. I simply cannot recommend Anita and the team highly enough. If you’re in any doubt about where to go for hairdressing in Poole, this is the place!

Came here 2 weeks in a row for a wash and blow dry with Lexi who is one of the apprentices here. Recently had surgery so was unable to wash my hair myself so thought I’d treat myself to the hairdressers. Great service, offered tea and coffee as soon as I got here and it was made exactly how I like it. lovely massage during the wash and the blow dry looked great, all my fly aways were untraceable after the blow dry…no idea how she did it as I can’t myself!! Lexi was friendly and polite exactly what you want from a hairdresser. Glad I can now wash my hair myself again but sad as I loved the level of service I received. Will definitely be back again for other services with Lexi. Thanks so much.

I had my hair done yesterday by the lovely Michaela and I honestly can not thank her enough! My hair has come out even better that what I ever imagined after previously having it done elsewhere, it was a huuge correction job but Michaela worked her magic, talked everything through with me and explained everything to me, and now I absolutely love my hair and I’m not embarrassed to wear it down anymore.

Michaela completely transformed my hair! Such a lovely comfortable studio with super friendly staff.

The whole experience was first class. Gorgeous salon, lovely team and I was looked after really well. Tamzin was fab. She patiently listened to me talking about my hair, its quirks and my future hair goals in terms of colour and style. We looked through all of my inspiration photos and we discussed what was realistic. Tamzin then cut my hair beautifully, explaining the whole way through what she was doing and next steps. Can’t wait for my highlights in 2 weeks. I think I’ve found my new forever salon, cute welcome pack too and a loyalty card to build a points balance to use in salon.

I recently had my regular appointment with Lucy for Reflexology. I was a little stressed after a busy week and Lucy again worked her magic. It was absolutely wonderful, Lucy knows exactly how I like the pressure, what I like and don't like and makes me feel completely relaxed and recharged, it was fabulous. I look forward to my regular visits , Thank you Lucy, you are the best.

So pleased with my results once again. So knowledgable and able to share advice on the best individual hair treatment. Natalie worked outside of her contracted hours to ensure I got the best of her work cannot thank her enough. Would go anywhere else. Worth every penny!
