Immediately a warm and welcoming atmosphere, greeted kindly as we entered. Woman serving us was lovely and food was quick. The food in question was amazing, especially after a mediocre lunch elsewhere. The Steak was incredible, and very generously sized. The Pad Thai and Pork Mince Stir Fry were also reportedly amazing, so no complaints at all. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area, for both British and Thai cuisine.

Probably one of the best beef curry's I've had in my life . The people there , the owners are just perfect hosts. The beef in black bean was top quality and the apple and blackcurrant crumble was quite simply perfect. Thank you

Wonderful visit to Taste of Thailand today. My Chicken Pad Thai was absolutely delicious and my Fiancée loved her Thai Green curry. We've been wanting to visit for ages. Don't know how the lovely lady managed to serve so many people, on her own, so quickly. Can't wait to visit again

followed my nose to this little place while waiting for my lunch from elsewhere. After a nice chat with the lady serving and an unprompted strong recommendation from a customer I came back for lunch on Tuesday. The Panang was lovely! So lovely that I’m heading back on Friday to get takeaway for eight of us

Awesome food. tiny place, not much room but oh my the food was just like being back in thailand. Even adapted menu items for us as non meat eaters. Large portions but impossible to stop eating as it was so delicious.

BAHN MAI THAI REVIEWS

Like most people before deciding on eating at a restaurant I read the reviews. I took into account a few negative reviews and once read actually sided with the owner and it was at that point we made our way for dinner and to judge for ourselves. We were greeted by a very pleasant lady and as we were not overly familiar with Thai food asked for her recommendations. The five courses that followed were absolutely delicious, freshly cooked and full of flavour. The prices were very good and the service quick and polite. A definite recommendation and would visit again without hesitation.

This is a gem of a restaurant. The food was really nice. Definitely up on par with Thai food and we just came back from a Thailand holiday so we are familiar with the genuine article. The waitress was very polite and provided a great service. And the best part was the prices - they were very reasonable considering the high quality of the food. We will happily go back again.

Delicious food, very reasonable pricing and really pleasant service with a smile. Helpful advice on food choices.
