Just trying to best think how to sum up Tracy's help for me. I went to see her a couple of times in the last 5 years or so. The time I remember very specifically was how she helped me reignite my sense of self. She was quick to be honest with me when my self-esteem was needing a bit of boost and she was excellent at helping me see myself for what I am and believing in that. She is direct in a no nonsense northern kind of a way, which personally I think really helps with building trust immediately in the therapeutic relationship. Thank you for helping me Tracy!

Tracy has been my clinical supervisor for over a year, specialising in work with children and young people. This guy has not only saved my sanity but also my 42 year marriage. Without him I do not know where I would be now. He dealt with current issues and deep rooted childhood issues of enormous magnitude. He provided therapy and tools that has enabled me to deal with my very significant problems to the point where I feel I am leading a normal life for the first time. I cannot recommend him enough. He is thoroughly professional and absolutely excellent at what he does. I felt extremely comfortable in the surroundings and totally at ease with Chris. Honestly, if you need a therapist please dont look any further, you will not be disappointed.

I went to Chris for several appointments during a difficult time earlier this year. He was great at letting me openly talk through my concerns and provided me alternative perspectives as well as making me feel like i was being heard. He gave me different methods to use outside of our sessions to help me process my thoughts and feelings which was a huge help in between appointments.
