I spoke to Kelly from your Wrexham store and she was fantastic. I was previously passed from pillar to post regarding wanting to change my upcoming holiday destination. Kelly was a pleasure to talk to and really made me feel at ease whilst she assisted me today. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I would not hesitate using Kelly from Wrexham Tui. She was patient, extremely helpful and friendly. Yes it’s easy to book via the Tui website but I prefer dealing with a human being and Kelly made booking my holiday very easy. Highly recommend.

Great experiance getting our chosen trip all booked up whilst having some of our concerns and questions explained and dealt with. Well done Millie! TUI is our go to T/agent for future trips.

I booked my holiday to Thailand with Polka Dot Travel Wrexham. Due to the trouble in the Middle East, two flights with Qatar Airways were cancelled. Polka Dot kept me updated and managed to arrange an alternative route and flight home to arrive safely back in the UK. Their Customer Service level has been of the highest standard! A big thank you to the staff for all your help. A company i will highly recommend.

The staff in wrexham office are lovely we went in last week to look a last minute holiday of which they sorted for us a beautiful 5* and sorted everything couldn't do enough for us we have never used polkadot before but we will definitely use them again thank you so much for sorting such a lovely holiday for us at such sort notice.

We had excellent service with Ian. He explained all the information needed and helped us with the accommodation choices. We feel extremely confident with our package now, and we are very excited to embark on our journey.

We were looking for a family holiday for a large group, spanning 4 generations and wanted some specific elements, such as sun, a pool interesting places to visit and great places to eat. We needed someone to give us options and deal with the complexities of arranging travel and holidays for a large group. Sarah was excellent from the very start, she suggested some brilliant options and made the whole process easy. They organised the whole holiday for us and the villa was fantastic, what we got truly exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend and use again, Thank you Delmar World for a holiday that all the family will fondly remember for the rest of our lives.

Thank you Delmar for arranging our wonderful holiday to Toronto and New York. You provided us with numerous options for flights and hotels to fit within our budget. You gave us the time to make our choices and at no time did we feel pressured into making rushed decisions. You suggested a range of trips and activities we could do whilst on our holiday, including a fantastic day at Niagra Falls. You answered any questions we had regarding our booking and, most of all, you made us feel like a valued customer.
