Michael was excellent in communicating and quick to carry out the removal and treatment of some potentially damaging trees growing out of my new home. He was quick to attend, carry out the removal and treatment of the stumps, completely putting my mind at ease. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Have used this company on two occasions now to do work in my garden. On this more recent visit they removed four trees and tidied up a couple of others. The price charged for the work was extremely reasonable. Team arrived at specified time, were polite and courteous, respectful of our property, worked hard and tidied everything up before leaving. I would definitely use this firm again for any similar work in the future.

Great delivery from Steve and the team again. I’ve been using Newcastle Tree Services for a few years now for clients looking to alter their trees, but also logs for my stove. The logs are all individually bagged in nets and are always well seasoned meaning they burn very easily but last a decent amount of time. The latest batch delivered today are mostly ash - which is the best for burning.

Excellent quick professional service from our initial contact to job being completed. As we needed a lime tree cut back from our property which was Council consent was needed from them. Steve too care of all that to get consent. All mess was cleaned up and taken away. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Wholetree has undertaken work twice for me. Recently, the company pruned a number of branches off a large ash tree, and reduced the height of a rhododendron hedge. Previously the company cleared a very overgrown shrubbery, removing the roots of the shrubs and small trees, as well as the top-growth. I have been well-pleased with the work on both occasions, and would have no hesitation in recommending Richard and his team.

Contacted Whole Tree on the Thursday at about 5pm. As it's local for me, a very helpful lady was with me within 10 minutes. We discussed what needed doing ( tree to be pruned) . They managed to squeeze me in the next day. Job was finished before 12 noon. Reasonble price for a job well done. Thank you, Wholetree.
