Process from viewing up until I received my keys was quick which I really appreciated as I need a home urgently. RNE have proven to be top tier property managers, attending to our concerns promptly and creating a wonderful community amongst the tenants.

RNE is the best! They are a great person and a great agent. made sure everything stayed on track with a very tight timeline. We will definitely be working with him again in the future. All the issues I have encountered in the house are quickly resolved.

I found a property to rent through Rent NE and following my interest I had a video viewing of the property, I decided to proceed and began the process with Jack at Rent NE. From start to finish the process was clear, straightforward and communication was excellent. The property was handed over in excellent condition, with no fuss and no issues, the house was deep cleaned ready to move in. They were knowledgeable and had a long term relationship with our landlord, which was reassuring. The process was fast, efficient and low effort. The girls have been amazing looking after my two Buy to lets. Nothing seems to be a trouble for them. Amazing service helping find great tenants and then over seeing the property management. I would highly recommend this firm . Ps David the owner has also been great.

Julie was very professional and amazing. She made sure to keep me updated and informed every step of the way which i greatly appreciated given it was my first time going through the UK renting market.
