I recently purchased a high wing back chair and from start to finish I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received. Great communication, honesty and a pleasure to deal with, Tony and Mags could not have been more helpful. We live at the other end of the country in Poole and delivery could not have been smoother, Dale was reliable, reasonable, took great care and even took the back off the chair to assist getting it through the lounge door. A refreshing change, would not hesitate to use again.

I cannot praise the friendless from start to finish. I turned up out if the blue with my badly damaged zipped of big couch back. I was told this could be repaired and not to worry. When we were contacted to advise it was complete and finished I was blown away. OMG unbelievable you cannot tell it had a huge rip in the lumber area and a new panel on the top. TOTALLY FANTASTIC. THANK YOU THANK YOU I am back in love with my 21 year old suite which consists of a 3 2 1 seater and a pouff.

Martin responded quickly to our initial enquiry and he quoted on the same day to reupholster our TV bed. He was very professional, and we had a great variety of materials to choose from. We had to wait a couple of weeks until he had a slot to do the job, which was fine for us. He picked up the bed on the allocated day and at the arranged time. He promised to have the job completed within 3 days. It actually took less than 2 days. The quality of his work was excellent, and his attention to detail admirable.

Martin did a brilliant job on our settee and armchair, they're like new again. We were spoilt for choice with the fabric options so he let us borrow several sample books for a few days so we could make a decision, really pleased with the results.

Recovered 8 dining chairs, and could not be more pleased with the results and service from Martin. Extremely good value for money, can’t praise the company enough.
