We had been looking for months for replacement black dining chairs, but could never find any. We came across Sebastian on Facebook and called him to see if he could replace the leather on our current chairs. Before he committed he wanted us to take a chair to him so that he could see if the chair was worth spending the money on, which we thought was a good sign. The re-upholstered chairs are perfect, great quality and shows brilliant craftsmanship. Would definitely recommend Sebastian, and will use him for any future work

My 6 dining chairs re-covered in very nice buffalo leather were returned to me today. I am very pleased with result & with the cost. Sebastian was unwell during the latter stages of the work, but dragged himself from his sick bed to complete the work.

We are very pleased with the window seat cushion Sebastian has recovered for us. Excellent work and friendly efficient service. We would highly recommend.

Far more sustainable than replacing perfectly good sofas.

Ian recovered my dining benches and backless stool, he went above our expectations with designing an additional backrest for the stool which fitted under the window making it more useable and a more integral part of the corner seating effect. He also made a matching cushion with some leftover material which was a surprise at no extra charge. His workmanship was excellent, I would thoroughly recommend Deeping Upholstery.

I recently decided to have an armchair I had inherited 30 years ago, reupholstered. I contacted Ian, (I strongly believe in using local businesses wherever possible) who not only provided an excellent service from start to finish but also educated me in the history of my lovely little chair. I am delighted with my "new chair" as the sentimental value of the chair has remained and it looks fantastic and has pride of place in my living room. Thank you, Ian.
