The standard of customer service was excellent. From my first contact with the reception to my little cat visiting the vet, I could not fault it. I was really worried when I phoned and they couldn't have been more helpful or reassuring. Would highly recommend. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Been with fair city vets for a few years, have always experienced great service from dealing with reception staff, nurses and vets. Young gentleman on reception always makes a fuss of our pets especially our rough collie puppy. I have not only had new pets there but also had to say goodbye to two of my precious dogs and was treated with so much kindness during and afterwards. Would highly recommend this vets practice.

My dog loves coming here she feels calm and safe when seeing her vet everyone is friendly and sympathetic my dog was very very ill and they saved her can't thank them enough.

Highly recommended this vets, very helpfull, friendly staff and very clean veterinary practice also very fair with prices etc ...

We would like to review Tay Valley Vets. Recently our own stunt cat Ollie managed to jump and miss his landing zone, badly hurting himself. We had to arrange an emergency call out for him. This was arranged by Tay Valley Vets with the minimum of fuss. On arrival Ollie was seen by the vet Hannah who was first class in her assessment and treatment of Ollie. Everything was done in a very professional manner and the follow up communication between Hannah and ourselves was excellent. Being the owners of a Boarding Kennels & Cattery, it is gives us great confidence and peace of mind that if we have an issue with a guest who is staying with us on holiday that they will be dealt with quicky in the very same professional manner. Well done Tay Valley staff and especially Hannah. Thank you Stuart & Maggie.
