We engaged with you and your company Designtec to support us on quite a major rebranding exercise. I would like to commend you for the whole process from start to finish, which began with a brief being agreed, then design of a new logo, agreement on colours etc to ensure projected the right image for our industry sector, this carried on through into the website and a shiny new corporate brochure. The finished results were amazing and we are delighted with how it all came together and generated a brand we are truly proud of. We are aware that these are difficult times for delivering a service, after all its not every company that would choose the middle of a pandemic to reinvent itself, and I am conscious that we are not the easiest client to deal with in high expectation on quality and timescales, suffice to say you and your team delivered on all counts. This is the first time we have used the services of Designtec, but would have no hesitation in using your services again in the future and would urge anyone looking at any sort of graphic design project, website development or such to get in touch with Neil, he overseen every step to completion.

Designtec have done our website for (I would guess) fifteen or so years, but the new 2020 version is the best yet. The new larger photos with dynamic text sliding in front of them look great as do the videos and we get lots of comments about how professional the website looks. Plus, it has some really unique, really clever bits: Designtec built us a fantastic online booking system to our exact requirements, that has been a big part of our success over the years. Our competitors have nothing to match it. But for all the website's cleverness, the really, really clever thing is this: Designtec's website is so easy to operate that even a complete IT idiot like me finds it easy to run the site, put up, take down and edit pages. Superb.

We are a local amateur dramatics group based in Loddon, South Norfolk. We were founded in 1975. We put on one pantomime each year and, in most years, a summer production. In the run-up to the pandemic, we had a very loyal audience, many of whom had been coming for years. The pandemic hit us very hard. We were unable to put on any productions, cancelling two years of pantomimes. In addition, the person running our box office for many years has retired. Our overheads remained the same, and during the pandemic, we had very little money left. The investment we were considering making was mission-critical to the survival of our group. Speaking with Neil and his team, it was clear that they would be able to design a website that allowed us to reach a new audience as well as connect with our existing audience.
