It’s taken some time for us to be able to write this review purely because we really don’t have the words to explain how incredible Kate was as our wedding coordinator. She fully understood our vision and executed it perfectly, with an amazing attention to detail. As well as being super experienced and a complete professional, Kate is so friendly, approachable and easy to get on with - we miss our chats with her! Kate went above and beyond to make our day perfect and we will forever be so grateful to her. We can’t bear to think how the day would’ve turned out without her! She was there on the end of the phone late into the evening in the lead up to help with advice and within 24 hours notice offered to come to our venue the evening before to help set up. She really is the best and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, it will be the best wedding decision you make!

The best decision of our August wedding at home in Berkshire was our decision to work with Kat. I honestly have no idea how we would have managed without her. Kat is so incredibly responsive (and this is coming from two people who work in the City). In the lead up to the wedding Kat went above and beyond our expectations all while remaining incredibly organised. She has relationships with brilliant suppliers who clearly adore working with her and will give their best for her which we really valued. She listened to us and to our vision but was also honest as to what was going to work and what wasn’t. The week before the wedding I was so relaxed as I knew everything was under control and on the day of the wedding I had the best day of my life as everything happened seemlessly thanks to Kat and her team. For anyone thinking of working with Kat just do it. If I could give her a thousand stars I would.

We can’t recommend Cara and Katrina Otter weddings highly enough! Cara planned the wedding of our dreams. She has impeccable taste and designed the wedding beautifully, bringing our vision to life. She also made sure we had the best suppliers who went the extra mile for us. Cara is always calm, good humoured and fun and made wedding planning as stress free as possible. Asking her to plan our wedding was the best decision we made!

Claire was absolutely amazing on the day of our wedding. There was no task to big or too small. She did things for us beyond what we asked for and styled a few props and furniture that had to be moved around seamlessly. We are so glad to have met her as she really put our heads at ease! She was always there when you needed her and helped with gathering guests for the ceremony,photos and moving the day along. We would definitely recommend her for any event - she really is a ace!

We hired Lizzy May events for our wedding decor and flowers and we are so happy we did, the decorations were stunning, I had artificial flowers that are so beautiful and look completely real and I’m so grateful I get to keep them forever. We decided a few months out from our wedding that we wanted someone to help us with coordination to make sure everything ran smoothly on the day and Sommy was the perfect choice. We had an initial chat about our plans, then Sommy took over from 3 weeks out managing all the communication with suppliers and timelines. This really helped take things off our plate and reduce our stress levels knowing everything was in hand. On the day, Sommy & Becky were just amazing. Everything ran smoothly, they handled room turnarounds and managed a slight delay after the speeches to make sure our evening started as soon as possible. We couldn’t have wished for a better day and knowing Sommy was there to handle any issue really put us at ease. We can’t thank you enough and highly recommend your services to anyone planning their big day.

I worked with Sommy on two styled shoots and had two very wonderful days. Sommy was very professional having organised and planned both shoots. She provided suppliers with clear plans and time schedules for the day meaning that we were able to have everything done perfectly to schedule. Truly a joy to work with and an excellent event planner! I would throughly recommend her services as she provides quality, sophistication and personalisation to all her clients.

I cant recommend sommy and her team enough. As a very organised bride I needed a wedding planner to do the on the day management Sommy is very organised, meticulous in her work and is generally has a lovely personality.
