We had a new window installed by Fortis a few months ago to resolve a leak issue that we had from a window that was installed by a ‘cowboy’ window fitter. Fortis responded to my enquiries immediately, and their attention to detail and customer service was exceptional. They went above and beyond to fix the issues for us, not just by installing the window but by making sure that no water at all could penetrate through any gaps. We can’t thank Fortis enough for their work, and we have not had any leak issues since

Fantastic service from start to finish. There were a few minor issues (more supplier than Fortis) but they went above and beyond to rectify them until we were 100% happy. Friendly lads and work was carried out to high standard. I absolutely cannot recommend these guys enough and will be calling them again for any future work we have done.

Very good experience from the initial sales visit through to the fitting of our new windows. The cost was reasonable and the quality of the windows is excellent.

Fantastic service from these guys. It was quite urgent as we had a broken window which was unsafe. They came to look the same day and came back with the glass two days later. Exceptionally pleasant to deal with and very professional. More than happy with the price and their service. Great lads who came. Thank you very much! Would definitely recommend.

Great company, Said what they were going to do, and did what they said. Good Job for a Fair price. 2 or 3 weeks from booking to instillation. - Left the place tidy and got on with the other tradesman on site. - I've used them a couple times before and will be again for the next project.

My windows are brilliant, and just ordered 2 more, for upper rooms, they are clean and tidy and very friendly, I recommend Ramsbottom Glass and Glazing Ltd

Dan and Andy are absolutely fantastic - really knowledgeable, take the time to talk things through with you, and obviously take real pride in their work. We had seven windows and two sets of French doors replaced, and were a bit concerned about replacing windows as we'd recently redecorated. This was unnecessary, as they were incredibly careful and expertly removed and fitted our new windows and doors. The house is now warmer and we definitely don't get as much noise in from outside. Really recommend these guys - competitively priced as well!

Dan and Andy have just replaced all our windows over four days.They worked very hard and take great pride in their work the windows look fantastic!!!. We would highly recommend them if you want a first class job done.A reasonable price and nothing too much trouble,can't recommend enough.

Dan and Andy fitted eight windows and a patio door. Their workmanship is spot on, it’s clear they take pride in what they do. They were here for four days and each day they tidied and cleaned up. We’re really pleased with the windows. Would highly recommend.
