A huge huge thank you to Hayley Windows for our new front door. Laura was fabulous at talking us through our options and what we liked and how it would work when we get round to new windows in a couple of years. Bret came to survey and helped me decide on the frame (I was undecided). Also a huge thank you to Bret and his new apprentice Jack for fitting our door, absolutely fabulous job, the door looks great. He did a great job and kept the area clean and tidy. Looking forward to when we can have our windows done. Happy Hathaways.

I had a brilliant experience with Hayley Windows, from start to finish their communication was excellent. Bret, Tyler and Shawn did a brilliant job on my windows and I am so pleased with them, they have made a massive difference to my house. We are very pleased with the whole experience of using Hayley Windows for our conservatory to garden room conversion. 6 windows, and a three door bifold in black aluminium. The order was made quicker than expected and they were really flexible when our build moved to an earlier date. Fitters Bret & Tyler did an expert job in very hot conditions. Amazing service from start to finish. The ladies in customer services were very helpful, even calling when an earlier appointment became available. The gent who came out to measure up was very knowledgable and friendly. Gave his own recommendations and wasn’t a pushy salesman. The fitter was top notch. Very efficient, and very professional. The craftsmanship was superb. I was worried about joins, old silicone showing, and whether damage would be caused to the wallpaper inside. Dan was great. No marks, no damage, just perfect. I don’t often leave reviews but felt compelled to with this company.

Excellent company. We did quite a bit of research and decided on a Rock door. DW Windows were by far the friendliest and most professional company we spoke to. Can not fault the whole process, right from initial contact, to visiting the show room, placing the order, answering questions ( my husband had a lot!) and the installation. Communication was excellent, always happy to help. Paul and Dan who fitted the door were great, lovely guys and did an outstanding job. The door was perfectly fitted. Even my husband was happy! I would recommend DW Windows to anyone.
