The whole team at Southside windows have been great. From the first call out, to the Office staff and on to the fitters. The entire process went seamlessly. What I liked the most was that they are not your average double glazed salesmen just out for the hard sell. We had a sensible conversation about which of my windows needed replacing and was given practical advice on which style etc to go for. The team of fitters turned up on time. Laid out dust sheets and cleared up at the end of the day. Lovely crew. We had one minor glitch that was sorted immediately. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. They are a family run business who actually make it their mission to put the customer first and actually take pride in doing an excellent job.

Fantastic service throughout, quote given immediately and very reasonably priced. New glass expertly fitted in patio door, Russell noticed our other door was not opening easily, fixed that and then noticed drainage point wasn't correct, fixed that too and would not take a penny extra. No hard sell from Alan whatsoever & he even suggested a cheaper option rather than getting my back door totally replaced. 11 windows replaced & a front & back door in 2 days. The quality of the doors & windows are excellent.Andy & his team were fantastic, clean & very tidy , you wouldn't even know they'd been there & I just left them to it.
