The advice was helpful and John Cladingboel (aka Blind John - he left his glasses in the office) visited us later in the day and was able to guide us through the solution and also help with the patio doors. We had our windows replaced by Britelite, they did an excellent job. The workmen were clean and efficient, they worked hard, were diligent and tidied up everyday they were in the house. The windows are superb quality, each window has a safety lock. We would recommend this company and will use them again

Good experience from start to finish. Ray was a helpful and honest sales rep. The surveyor was quick and respectful. Jim & Jack who installed the windows were professional and friendly. There was a change in the install time line but i was kept informed the whole time.

The product is first class. The fitters were considerate and courteous. We were kept informed throughout the process. The works were kept clean and tidy and all waste was taken away for recycling. A first class service from the whole company.

Installers arrived on time every day and finished the day by tidying up. Quality of products is first class and we are delighted with the outcome.
