We have had Sherwood windows to do various replacements around the home and they have always been very efficient. We have just had our windows replaced and once again the workmen were friendly, efficient polite and hard working. They made an excellent job and we were very satisfied with their work and the finished job. I would certainly recommend them.

An excellent local company I got on personal recommendation. Polite, punctual, helpful and a high quality product. Based on my experience I would have no hesitation iin recommending them.

The work was done on time at a good price to a really high standard. The fitters were excellent, they left everything very clean and tidy when they finished. I would definitely use them again

Steve went above and beyond—he didn’t just address the issue promptly, but he also stayed until 7 p.m. to ensure everything was fixed properly. His dedication, expertise, and attention to detail were truly impressive. It’s rare to find such commitment to customer service these days, and I’m incredibly grateful for his hard work. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the entire experience was stress-free thanks to their efficiency and professionalism. I never leave reviews but had to about Steve. I rang about a leaky window and guttering and was quite upset. I gave my address and Steve was at my house within 5 mins. He explained everything he was going to do and put me at ease, which is lovely being a lady on my own. He did an amazing job and would leave him more stars if I could, Charlene Hovell.

Steve was a very polite clean and efficient worker we were so pleased that we have asked him to do some more work for us ,forget the big boys support your local tradesmen thanks a lot.

Gary is a fun chap, very chatty, knows his product range well, is very kind and helpful to his elderly regulars. He's honest about his product and offers a fair price, he also recommended a selection of fitters. Worth a visit.

Excellent service. We had a composite door from them and before we had received the door they rang to let us know there was a small blemish in the glass and would fit the door but send someone out to replace the glass. Excellent service from the Newark branch.

Gary at Roundbrand in Newark is a legend, he will bend over backwards to assist you with your purchase of new windows, doors and conservatories. I have been buying windows and doors off them for over 15 years!
