The Best Yoga Class in Enfield London

Have been attending Efty’s yoga classes for over 5 years! Started at beginners and now twice a week at the level 2/3 classes. The studio is lovely and clean, warm and inviting. Equipment is available to use including mats, band, bricks etc. Efty is an amazing teacher who ensures you work to the best of your ability. She checks your positioning to ensure you don’t do things the wrong way and always encourages, reminding us that the class is non competitive and everyone works to their own limit. I would recommend Efty’s classes to anyone who is interested in yoga at any level. Studio Yoga definitely deserved their award. - Sue Husson

Amy is a gentle and excellent yoga instructor. I really enjoy her classes the movements are gentle but very powerful. I can feel my body posture improving every week. I would highly recommend Amy's class for everybody. Feel the stress leave your body!
