Since finding yoga in January this year after having such a terrible time loosing my Mam suddenly, I was searching for something to help me heal, as the grief was unbearable at times and I needed to try find some peace, I went abroad to a yoga retreat in Spain which gave me an incredible introduction to Yoga, I returned home to Harrogate, and found the Yorkshire well being centre, and never looked back, James, Anne Marie and Sam’s classes have all been wonderful, I enjoy the spiritual side of yoga much more and their classes really deliver that, the healing that I’ve found from doing yoga is absolutely priceless, it’s helped me with my grief and even connect to my mother in meditation, not everyone understands how beneficial it can be to reduce stress and bring peace of mind and really strengthen your body & mind, but I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! And this centre is in such a beautiful setting, with lovely friendly people who are real professionals, it’s a pleasure for me to have found this place, which has already become such a big part in my yoga journey, so thank you and namaste.

James’ yoga classes have been transformational for me spiritually and physically . As someone who was always daunted by yoga communities , I have found a place where I feel comfortable to just be me . Always taught well and he is full of knowledge and adjustments if you need them . Even in this lockdown the zoom classes have been great . Namaste.

Beautiful calming environment. Wilma was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Wilma and the meditation and relaxation session. I left feeling positive, relaxed and calm and more importantly ready for the week ahead. You must try this.

HIIVE GO YOGA REVIEWS

I love Go Yoga at Hornbeam Park. The studio is a beautiful place. So conveniently located and so great to have free parking right outside, which is a major attraction. The teachers are so friendly and helpful. There are various classes to choose from and a fantastic and easy to use booking system. I've been coming here, on and off for years and can't imagine being more comfortable anywhere else. I hope to see more classes at the weekends added to the Hornbeam park schedule for the summer. That would be great.

I love Go Yoga. Such a fantastic group of teachers. Social distancing measures in place at the studio are great and it feels safe to share and enjoy your practice with others in the flesh as well as connecting to those joining in online. I am loving Meryem's classes.. She is an absolute joy and such a beautiful soul.. Her classes are challenging and mindful in equal measures. Such a lovely and much needed escape from the stresses around us all right now.

I’ve been going to yoga classes at Go Yoga for the last 6 years. I love that there is a huge variety of classes and times that have suited my family and work commitments. The studio is calming and well equipped and the classes are fab.

MOVE YOGA STUDIO HARROGATE REVIEWS

I attended Alissa's beginner series earlier this year (in fact I completed it twice to boost my confidence) and really couldn't recommend it more. I had tried yoga previously and was put off by large class sizes and a very impersonal atmosphere that left me feeling completely out of my depth. Alissa's classes could not have been more different. She is a wonderful teacher who takes the time to look after each individual class member, is extremely patient and great at explaining things. If you are thinking of taking up yoga, don't think twice about contacting Alissa.

I attended Alissa's Beginners class last year and after a difficult year, decided to try again. Alissa offers a friendly, helpful and fun introduction to yoga. She seems to have unending patience and a passion in her own practice to help anyone succeed in their own. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was lucky enough to win a two week course with Alissa having never taken a yoga class before I was apprehensive but it was amazing, she's a fantastic teacher and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
