Wonderful balance of challenge and relaxation. You push yourself as far as you feel comfortable. I wasn't sure what to expect from the use of a hammock, but I discovered that there is a whole new range of yoga possibilities here, and Katy helped us to feel challenged but also safe. The evening was completed with a lovely sweet treat and chat before heading off. Really lovely way to finish the week.
