A truly exceptional studio! This place will always hold a special place in my heart, as it has completely transformed my yoga practice. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, providing clear guidance and assistance with both technique and principles. They foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels included, offering plenty of modifications for all levels and any injury concerns. The studio also hosts a variety of specialized workshops, perfect for exploring advanced poses and deepening your practice, as well as extended sessions for a more immersive experience. I cannot recommend this studio highly enough.

Such a beautiful space to practice Yoga and now Reformer Pilates. All the teachers are so knowledgeable and deliver such gorgeous practices. There is a classes for everyone from beginners up to more dynamic Yoga + Yin Yoga + Mat Pilates + Reformer Pilates + Sound baths.

Loved going to yoga here when I was more local, Abby is a great teacher.

Absolutely brilliant studio and instructors, Camilla and her team provide the most energising and uplifting practice. I’ve become a complete convert to Forrest Yoga and it’s made a huge difference to how I feel on and off my mat. Beautiful surroundings, always scrupulously clean and completely welcoming regardless of your experience levels.

Camilla and her team of yoga instructors are amazing! The studio is set in the grounds of a beautiful country estate and it is a privilege to be able to practice here. Highly recommended to everyone - classes cater for beginners as well as advaced yogis so no matter what your level, you will be able to slot in to any class.

Fantastic yoga studio in beautiful settings with passionate and inspiring teachers and welcoming fellow yogis. I felt right at home here.

I’ve been practicing yoga with Carmen for a couple years now and she’s the best teacher i ever had! Carmen’s classes are always different, challenging and very focused on technique, which is something that I really like. On top of that, we always have a great time and loads of fun. Carmen is the right person if you want to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga poses. Can’t recommend her enough.

Carmen’s yoga classes really are the perfect balance of flexibility, strength, mobility and relaxation, and you always finish the session feeling like you’ve worked all aspects of the body; physicalspiritual, mind and breath!On top of this, Carmen always provides us with sound knowledge and guidance throughout the practice, and is one of the loveliest and sweetest humans on the planet Couldn’t recommend working with her more. You’ll never look back.

Carmen is great! If you have any hesitation about starting yoga - then don’t. Carmen walks you through the whole practice, her attention to movement, the body and spirit is impeccable. For those that are experienced and want to go a little deeper - Carmen has the experience with wherever you are on your journey. I don’t know why I waited so long to start yoga.
