NORWICH YOGA CENTRAL REVIEWS

They have huge variety of classes on the timetable, a beautiful, warm and welcoming studio environment and an amazing group of knowledgable, friendly and supportive teachers. As well as yoga classes, I've taken an arm balances and inversions workshop, joined a 'Sister Moon' event last month (which was a really, really special morning and I definitely recommend checking it out on the timetable!) and also joined a 'Courage Club' day with Tess which was INCREDIBLE. It was a whole day, where a small group of us were given the opportunity to do a mystery activity (we went off-road motorbiking!) with the intention of letting go of control and realising our courage - it was certainly a day of bravery, connection, big laughs and smiles, and lots of hugs! I came away feeling deeply grateful and inspired to adventure out of my comfort zone in new ways. Again, can't recommend enough.

I'm so happy to have found a yoga teacher in Norwich who has helped me regain my confidence on the mat. gmGetting back into a regular yoga routine has improved my entire physical and mental wellbeing for. I really enjoy the pace, the vibe and the depth of thought that goes into each practice. The studio itself is a serene and beautiful place filled with wholesome energy, leafy green plants and lots of natural light. Thanks Tess, you're a marvel.

attended the beginners workshop . wonderful introduction to yoga. 3 hours just flew by, very inspirational leaving you wanting to explore more thanks to the friendly and accommodating Tess. Success with the upcoming location change.

Went for the first time recently and loved it. Really did help me relax, open up some tight hips and best of all, feel great afterwards. Kelly was awesome and subtly guided me through some of the positions, cheers Jon

I love Hotpod Yoga Norwich. The location is really central and easy to access. The teachers are all so friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and have very different approaches which keeps classes fresh and exciting. The pod itself now feels like a home from home after three months or so of regular visits. The classes have strengthened my appreciation of yoga and helped me develop core strength and balance as well as confidence in trying new postures- teachers can be hands or or not depending on the participants comfort. I can't recommend it enough. I've bought a lot of friends along after signing up for a membership myself and if you do that you're rewarded for it with money off your membership- a great feature! If you're thinking about going, don't think about going, just go and get sweaty.

Just the best, friendliest and most welcoming place to do yoga regardless of your ability. I love the fact that you have such a variety of teachers, all with their own distinct ways of teaching.
