THE GYM GROUP NORWICH CITY REVIEWS

The Gym Group Gym, Norwich City, is a great place to train. There are two floors of excellent equipment, it's clean, very well run, friendly and sociable. There are free classes for all abilities. My goals have changed in the years I've been using the gym, but there's always the equipment and help there to help me achieve them. The staff in particular are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The members are very diverse but all pleasant and training to their own goals; ages range from 16 to 80+, all nationalities and types, sizes and shapes, gym novices to the seriously fit. It's a convenient location in the centre of Norwich, and the inital trek up the stairs to the entrance is a great workout warm-up. It's contract free, reasonably priced and open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, a great investment in one's health and mobility.

Great gym at affordable membership tiers. I've been going here for several months and I've found the equipment very suitable. The place is always clean, the staff are friendly and so are the members. Members generally mind their own business but will be happy to offer help when asked. Overall a good experience long term and has been suitable for all my needs as I have progressed.

This is the first time I've regularly used a general fitness gym and I have been delighted at how genuinely friendly, enthusiastic and committed all of the trainers are, as well as with the overall down to earth and welcoming atmosphere of the gym. So far I've had classes with Conor, Craig, Alex, Chris, Chloe and Imogen and they've all been really excellent! Looking forward to my next session and moving forward with my fitness goals!.

I first found out about phoenix gym when my friend took me on a guest pass last year. I have recently bought a membership at this gym and I have got to say the facilities is brilliant, you get two free training sessions with membership and the person I had mine with was very kind and patient with me and I am pleased with how phoenix gym have made me feel welcome with great advice and brilliant customer service. I can’t wait to continue my journey of bettering myself at this incredible gym. I highly recommend Phoenix Gym to anyone who is thinking of joining a gym it is fantastic.

Train here with Shaun Tester. He is the best trainer I've ever had - really involved in helping me get to my goals. Attentive and sharp. The staff are always friendly. The gym is clean and the facilities are the best bar none.

Recently joined this gym after trying out a few others in the city since moving here from Leeds. Proper gym, no bells and whistles but great high quality equipment with multiples of each machine / bench. Can see how busy it is on the app before going but even at peak times it doesn’t feel busy due to how the gym is laid out. Staff are very friendly and everyone is there to crack on and work out.

Literally the best gym I've ever Been to , it's got every thing you need in equipment and probably more ,the staff are really helpful and thrive in helping you get your gains you need ,there is all different types of body builders using this gym and each and everyone love to help , I cannot recommend this gym enough, I've never done gyms before and was extremely nervous but I'm so glad I went as they made me feel at home , the more inexperienced you are the more they want to help ,,thank you guys for making me feel so welcome.

Best gym in Norwich by far! Clean gym with plenty of equipment. A separate room for each body part (Back, Legs, Chest and Shoulders, Abs, Cardio and free weights. The gym has a great vibe, staff are welcoming. It’s one of those gyms that when you start training you don’t want to stop!.

Trained at some of the biggest and well known gyms across the UK and Fully Pumped makes the top list for sure! Blown away by this gym. Equipment, layout, lighting, music, atmosphere all spot on! Can’t wait to go back.
