Fabulous yoga class, Katie is such a lovely friendly instructor. She puts you at ease & shows you how to do the movements & poses correctly but explains that all our bodies have different abilities & yoga is not a competition but our own practice. The class is great for beginners & more advanced. Afterwards I always feel I have worked my muscles & relaxed my body & mind. I can’t recommend her classes enough.

I absolutely love Katie's morning yoga classes, they really set me up for the day. She is a great teacher who explains all the postures clearly and gives lots of alternatives. I definitely feel better in myself both physically and mentally after a few weeks of attending her classes...and the relaxation at the end is beautiful.

Katie is fabulous. Really good at explaining the poses in the right amount of detail to help you enjoy a challenging but rewarding yoga class. Starts out nice and easy, builds in difficulty and then back down to a relax at the end. You leave feeling replenished and I’ll take that any day.

I absolutely love her energy. Elaine’s got such good vibes and always brings positivity into every class. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and creates a space that’s perfect for students like me who sometimes just needed a break. I was a complete beginner but thanks to her guidance and encouragement, I now attend her classes weekly and able to confidently do poses I never thought I could. With Elaine’s help, I’ve surprised myself with how much progress I’ve made. Her classes are great for beginners, but also offer a wonderful challenge that keeps things exciting. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an uplifting and empowering yoga experience.

I have had the absolute pleasure of enjoying Elaine’s expertise with private one to one coaching for several months following personal circumstances which left me unable to join my previous group class. Throughout this time my understanding, love for and abilities in yoga have blossomed with the help of a very dedicated, knowledgeable and supportive coach. Elaine is a wonderful coach who is very intuned to and adaptable to my needs and through her dedication and passion to help me submerge into yoga and develop my love and skills for it I have flourished! I look forward to my sessions each week and even my cat Poppy joins us for yoga. I cannot thank Elaine enough for her guidance and support in my journey which reaches far beyond the yoga mat alone!
