The aerial yoga course is FANTASTIC!!! Something I had been wanting to try for and long time but been putting it off. I had built it up to be so much more difficult in my head but obviously you’re starting at a beginners level and by the end of it, you really feel like you have learned a lot, ready to then take on the classes! Jenny puts you at ease straight away, encouraging you to go at your own pace, offering plenty of alternatives to suit you. All the staff are very welcoming and the studio has so much to offer! Easy parking too, what more could you want! Highly recommend.

Tried my first session today. The rooms are amazing and the staff are so friendly. I feel so relaxed even though it was a sculpt class so weights were involved but to say I’m new to it I didn’t find it too intense! Would so recommend.

Highly recommend R1se Wellness to anyone seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Beautiful studio spaces, reception area, cafe, chillout lounge, you can rent yoga books from here, take a shower and use the changing rooms and lock your things away in cubby holes (bring a padlock) and there's a hair dryer, etc... So you could; come for yoga, lock your things away securely, take a shower after class, do you hair,etc and go on with your day and even leave your yoga mat stored at the studio so you don't have to carry it around.

My girlfriend and I love this place. The teachers are friendly and knowledgeable, the classes are varied and fun, the venue is super well-equipped, and the community is wonderful. This is yoga at its most transformative and healing, I really can't recommend it highly enough.

An amazing range of class styles, heat options and more. I did my teacher training through this studio and they offer brilliant workshops for deepening your yoga practice or just having a wonderful relaxation. I love this place.

HOTPOD YOGA SHEFFIELD REVIEWS

I absolutely love this studio. It is extremely spacious and has a real community feel to it. It reminds me of the Hot Pod Yoga studio in Cape Town when it was open, so very nostalgic. It’s the biggest pod I’ve practiced in which is great for your practice, personal space and relaxation. Highly recommend every class taught by James and Ella. They are wonderful teachers with a unique style of flow taught each time, which keeps classes interesting. Sleep sessions with Sarah are also a must. Her voice will put you in a meditative state that is restorative and peaceful. Really enjoy my time at this studio, sad to leave!

Booked on to the first yoga/hypo session at Hot Pod last week. It was the first time I had done yoga of any kind so wasn't sure what to expect. It was a fantastic experience. The yoga teacher and Hypnotherapist were really friendly and put the class at ease instantly. It set me up nicely for the week feeling relaxed and confident. Hoping there will be more of these combined sessions and maybe a yoga sleep session mixed with hypno so I can go home and get in bed.

I love all the classes. Everytime I think " this is the best class" and then there is another "best one". The teachers are always surprising us and I can't choose my favorite.
