Dr Mala is a true yogini and a lovely calm caring person. The atmosphere she creates in her yoga sessions is warm and inviting. I've been going to her classes for about 8 months now and look forward every week to the next session. As well as improving flexibility, strength and balance, body, mind and soul feel nourished making it an uplifting and deeply relaxing experience. I would highly recommend Dr Mala's yoga/meditation sessions to everyone.
I suffer from a chronic condition called Fibromyalgia, which means that I am in pain on most days. I have recently started practising Yoga with Dr. Mala and I can already feel the difference. Feel hot yoga is the best hot yoga studio I have ever been to and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try hot yoga. They have a wide range of classes tailored for all levels. My personal favorite is the Freedom Flow classes! The teachers are amazing and everyone is very friendly! Give it a go, you will definitely go back.

I have been practising yoga with Rina as my teacher for approximately four years now. The cabin is welcoming friendly environment with a personal touch as it’s not overcrowded. Rina is very passionate about teaching yoga and wants to inspire others . She will modify the poses to individuals abilities. The reason that I do yoga is for my well-being , stretching and strengthening my body, breath, work and meditation. It really has changed my life and how I manage stress. Ring is a fantastic yoga teacher. We have been going to her classes for the past 8 years and it feels like every class has something different to offer so you are always developing.
