I contacted Robin for help with symptoms of Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) mainly severe Anxiety and Depression which were at the time extremely debilitating. Robin recommended an initial course of 8 treatments during which my symptoms eased and I gradually felt able to regain control of my life. During my treatment Robin also proved to be a real source of practical wisdom and advice and a real grounding influence. After my 8 sessions with Robin I feel much more stable and balanced and ready to take on the next challenges life throws at me.
