I initially came to Rock with a recurring trapped nerve issue in my neck/upper back, as well as quite an achey lower back. I felt such a benefit and relief since first coming for adjustments, now I’m coming every 6 weeks for maintenance and I haven’t had any issues with my neck or lower back during this time. It’s always nice to see the friendly staff and appointments always run smoothly. Definitely glad I’m investing in my health here, highly recommend :)
