Professional, friendly and effective. I had close to 2 years of tendonitis and bursitis following a major knee operation, even standing was often painful. My GP was useless and I was gaining weight and becoming slightly depressed. I saw Jack Boulter at the Northernhay Clinic who made a comprehensive assessment and analysis and offered a few options for treatment. After only a few sessions I am finally pain free again and able to get back to all the activities and sports I love. Great service, highly recommended.

Great service from Jack Boulter at Northernhay Clinic. My ankle and knee problems have been corrected quickly and easily with a set of custom insoles following an initial examination. I should have made my appointment months earlier! Highly recommended for anyone with pain in the feet, ankles or knees. A practical, drug free solution.

An excellent service. Jack was friendly and informative. Custom foot orthoses fit perfectly and they have made such a difference to my comfort. Less pain and going to try running again. Thank you.

Good experience. Vanessa Coates had a good understanding of my problem. She treated and understood not only the foot but the whole leg. I would go to her again, and recommend her to anyone else. Friendly and intelligent. On the ball! No time wasted. She seemed to treat the whole person. All this is based on only one visit.... but that's the feeling I got.
