I have suffered with back problems for years and used to go to an Osteopath in Hitchin until there was no improvement with my back. I was always sceptical about going to a chiropractor would it make the problem worse? Would it actually work? So I looked around on Google and saw Nova clinic, I was nervous upon meeting her and explained all my situations and how my back has arthritis and lots of disc problems, she listened to me and understood everything. The chiropractor made me feel comfortable and relaxed she spoke about all the methods she was using and how they would work. Being completely honest with me of course this won't be a overnight thing but gradual thing. Learning to not rely on my crutches and to have confidence in my self. Nova clinic is a wonderful friendly environment. Many thanks.

Very professional and made me feel relaxed whilst the session targeted what I wanted after a discussion of my priorities beforehand. I am a horse rider and runner and walked away feeling like the sessions were really beneficial (not always comfortable at the time but knew it was doing me good and I was always checked in with during the session). It definitely helped me with my positioning and balance in my sport. I got told I had the best riding session a couple of weeks after a few sessions by my instructor so I am seeing a positive impact already. I also feel so much more aware of my body posture after these sessions. I would recommend this to anyone with a sports aim and feel their body isn't keeping up with them.

I came into the practice with a bad neck. Daisy did a thorough assessment of my neck and upper back and knew exactly what she was talking about. She treated my neck and back issues and did a very good job. I feel a lot better since the appointment. Daisy was also very friendly. Would recommend.

Emma has now treated me a few times and I cannot recommend her enough. I was a little nervous of acupuncture to begin with but she has a wonderfully calming demeanour which made me feel instantly more relaxed. I find treatments with Emma help with my anxiety and I feel more balanced afterwards.

After my most recent treatment with Emma I felt like I had a warm inner glow. There is something wonderful about having the focus and care of somebody for an hour - add in the magic of the needles and it is a strong recipe for profound change. I cannot recommend Emma more highly.

I cannot recommend Emma highly enough. She creates a very relaxed atmosphere and at every session I feel completely at ease. She’s also very informative and it’s been fascinating to learn about the reasons for each treatment. Emma - you have been great and really helped me. Thank you!

Made an appointment as was experiencing intense nerve pain in my back and legs and thought it could be sciatica. Saw Mark who put me at ease straight away and ruled out sciatica and after literally 2 sessions the pain eased and went away after following his advise and minor adjustments. Would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again if I need to but hopefully won't be needing to anytime soon! Hope you all have an amazing Christmas and New Year and thanks to Mark for his help.

Dr Mark Whittle is great at his profession, very skilled and knowledgeable. I have travelled from London to attend the appointment and I don't mind travelling for my future visits as he's a great chiropractor. I have no pain nor discomfort in my back anymore, it feels great. Also 5 stars to a lovely receptionist. She was very welcoming and friendly on my arrival. Thank you!

This was my first time visiting a chiropractor - I had acute lower back pain as well as difficulty moving. Mark’s expertise and skill have meant that I am now pain free. I have exercises to support my back and understand what I can do if the issue reoccurs. He is incredible and I have recommended him to friends and family.
