I've had a needle phobia for as long as I can remember. After an unsuccessful attempt at hypnotherapy at university with another therapist, I decided to try Lynne upon returning home. Instantly, I felt reassured that this experience would surpass my previous one, and I was confident that I was in the best hands. Lynne is extremely knowledgeable and is very good at what she does. She provided me with tonnes of resources that have helped not only my phobia but also in other aspects of my life and I learnt so much from our sessions. I highly recommend her to anyone and would go back again if i ever need help again.

Lynne helped a relative of mine with her anxiety and stress. The calming techniques used were simple and effective and helped her enormously. Lynne is exceptionally easy to talk to and has vast experience with dealing with all kinds of issues that we have in everyday life. I would highly recommend Lynne.

I worked with Lynne as a professional coach for about 6 months - it was a fantastic experience. She combines a great professional background with lots of different coaching tools and hypnotherapy. I originally contacted Jon about my life long nail biting habit. I had this problem for 20 + years and just couldn’t stop. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. Jon was fantastic from the start catering to me individually and broke down the reasons I was doing this. He really does care about you as a client. It took two full sessions and I was fully cured of nail biting. I now see Jon at least once a month for general relaxation he has helped me with many different struggles. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed.!!!!!!!!!!

I sought out Jon for weight loss after hitting a wall with my will power alone. In 3 sessions across 4 weeks I lost 1/2 stone and am still going strong. His input has empowered and boosted my own will, removing that sense of battle or that food was an enemy that needs to be combated. It is a liberation after 48 years of the complex and often toxic relationship with eating to be guilt free and easily able to exert control in a healthy way. I would not hesitate to recommend coming to see Jon for some assistance as a part of your diet efforts.

I had suffered a long time from insomnia and saw Jon for hypnotherapy sessions and found him to be extremely calming and reassuring and felt very comfortable. The sessions have been very rewarding as I am now able to sleep much better than I have done for a long time, which in turn gives me more energy in the daytime and I am much more happier. Would definitely recommend.
