I had an AMAZING experience at Namaste Wellbeing. This was my first time going and I was very nervous as it was the first time getting Acupuncture treatment. I was made to feel very calm and was offered a choice of different tea’s upon my arrival. After filling out the welcome form Paul instantly calmed my nerves with his calming energy and was professional throughout the entire session. Paul talked me through how the session would be and I honestly don’t know what I was nervous about. The Acupuncture treatment was painless and healing for my back pain. I also had some drum and massage treatment for my back. The entire process was soothing to say the least. Due to Paul’s relaxing nature I found myself talking about some personal problems I had going on. Paul offered me a listening ear and showed incredible therapy skills and extensive knowledge into how best to support me. I walked into Namaste Wellbeing feeling stressed and overwhelmed and left feeling relaxed and at peace with my problems. Paul also gave my some rocks to take home with me for protection which have really helped me. Really could not thank Paul enough for his amazing services!! Thank you so much! Will 100% be returning for future sessions. :)

I have had 3 acupuncture treatments off Paul followed by deep tissue massage for tight calves , tried lots of therapies and this has been the most effective to date ! I came to Paul ahead of my 1/2 marathon as calf tightness was holding me back , pleased to say I ran a PB on my Birthday following this treatment thanks.

I had my first manual lymphatic drainage massage with Paul last night and it was amazing. He was very attentive and answered all my questions regarding the treatment and other things he has to offer. I can’t wait for my next treatment, thank you Paul!

Had my first massage with Susan tonight and I can’t even think of enough positive adjectives to describe it! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I arrived a little late due to traffic and Susan was really accommodating and made me feel at ease immediately. She took time to get a picture of what was causing me so much upper back pain and then explained a few things that may be causing the problem, which was really nice. She took her time with the massage and worked on the most painful parts of my back and neck and also introduced me to the hot cups which I am definitely now a fan of! Can’t wait to go back next month. Amazing!

Susan is a very experienced and knowledgeable professional who goes the extra length to help you feel comfortable, relaxed and cared for. What amazing treatments I’ve experienced from Susan (bamboo / cupping / massage) highly recommend her. Always feel great after and have the best nights sleep. Her treatment room is fabulous it’s such a calm and relaxing place.
