I hurt my shoulder 6 months ago at the gym, and was recommended by the consultant to have physio. Looking at reviews, I chose to go to The Bridgeman Centre. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I was with Sue who wanted to know not just about this injury but my whole history. I am very left sided and she wanted to start at “my foundations”. The treatment, exercises and work she has given me to do over the last few months has not just helped me with my shoulder (I couldn’t even lift my arm up, to now, back on the overhead weights), but has also helped me to get balanced with my left/right hand side. This is a genuine review, I had never heard of this place before googling it and going. I would not go anywhere else now in the future for physio and have recommended to friends who have started going.

Wonderful, Sue was just brilliant, she was very thorough with my past medical history as well as my recent health issues and medication. I loved how she talked me through everything she was doing, made me feel relaxed and not rushed in any way. This is an excellent clinic and I’m so glad I came here as they are helping with my diagnosis and treatment plan. 5 stars.

I attend the centre for 'The Perrin Technique'. Staff are down to earth and extremely knowledgeable and service is always of a high standard. Worth every penny.

Excellent, cannot praise highly enough!!! My first time having any kind of Physiotherapy, the staff were so welcoming, between Cath & George they've sorted my trapped nerve out in the time it took to get my first appointment with the NHS physio MSK, I would definitely be going here again with any other issues in later years, cheers all and all the best.

I have suffered with golfers elbow for around 3 years. The doctors tried steroid injections etc and nothing helped. The pain was excruciating and I had to take painkillers every day.. I’ve had a few sessions with George and I just can’t believe the difference it’s made. He has definitely worked his magic and this has really changed my life. I would highly recommend.

I went to George with a bad ankle injury from training. I had a lot of soft tissue damage, which was really effecting my walking. I’d rested it before and not had much change, but as soon as I saw George I saw a huge improvement in my injury, and returned to training very quickly. Well organised, friendly practice.

Always top Mark's for this physio. I don't go for 5 years then twice in 6 months through falling. Both Gilly who fixed my broken wrist and Dawn who helped me with an ankle sprain are extremely knowledgeable and the treatment prices are very fair as well. I would recommend visiting here.

Great, efficient service. I went to have micro-suction on my itchy ears but after inspection found I didn’t need the suction. Instead some very good advice and fantastic service. I would definitely recommend and be back in future with any issues.

Can't fault this place, all the staff are very friendly and professional. Me, my wife and my daughter were sent here following a car crash. My daughter has autism and the staff were great with her, very patient and understanding. Highly recommended.
