From making an appointment to recieving my new glasses, the staff at Hepworth & Hall were amazing, Chris the optician explained everything in great detail was very informative about the condition of my eyes. The ladies who helped select the lenses and frames noticed my old pair from a high street optician were not measured correctly and hence the reason my vision was impaired in the left lens, when my new glasses were fitted by them i could tell the differance imediately !! Hepworth & Hall will be the only opticians i use in the future.

Went here for the first time today with my little boy and the staff were so friendly! Chris was brilliant with my son and made him feel so at ease. I got recommended this place and i will recommend it further and will definitely be returning. Thank you so much! :)

Just want to leave a review to specially mention Nicola Mather. Outstanding customer service! So refreshing to be served by someone who listened to my concerns and assisted me rather than trying to up-sell me something or take my money. Had many issues in the past year with this branch and considered moving, only reason we haven’t is due to the service from this lady. Need more staff like you in this store rather than being passed around to countless people who just see you as a source of income.

Thank you Specsavers of Wigan Branch for outstanding customer service . The lady named Nicola she was very kind and gentle and very professional. She helped me and my friend to choose frames.Thank you once again to the whole team and specially Nicola.

Appointment wait times can be longer than expected, however, customer service is always excellent.

All the tests prior to my eye test was done by the optician who was very thorough, professional and patient! I feel as though I’d had an extensive examination! I would definitely recommend Vision Express, I cannot praise them enough!

I have been going to the same shop in Wigan for many years and always receive the same excellent service. All the team strive to make your experience a positive one and offer as much help as you want. Any problems are dealt with effectively. I highly recommend.
